My name is Emma Todman and I am the manager of the Fun Factory Woking.

I have worked in childcare for over ten years and have a Foundation Degree in Management and Leadership in the Early Years.

In my previous role I was a Co- Manager of a 224 place Nursery.

I have a son who is now at school and it is through him that I have witnessed first-hand the importance of quality childcare and the effect it can have on a child’s formative years.

Seeing him develop in this way helped to instil my passion for childcare and nursery education in particular.

I realise and understand how difficult choosing the right childcare for your child can be.

At The Fun Factory nursery there is already a good team of childcare professionals in place, I hope with my passion, dedication, commitment and leadership qualities that I can support and develop this team further and in doing so continue to provide good quality childcare for the children.

My name is Hanna Blanch and I am the manager of The Fun Factory in Camberley.

I have been in childcare since I left school 12 years ago, I hold a wide range of Childcare knowledge and qualifications. I have a BA (hons) degree in Early Years Care and Education. For the past seven years I have been managing smaller nurseries for another independent childcare provider.

During my time in childcare I have gained an insight into what a rewarding, but difficult role being a parent can be at times.

I understand the importance placed on the care you choose for your child, I can assure you that my commitment to the Fun Factory is to make sure that the high standards are maintained throughout.
